Conformation Championship October 2009
 

Cleo finishes her AKC Conformation Championship with 15 points,
3 majors including a Best of Breed Group placement finish. Thanks
to the following judges who believed in our beauty: Mr. Daniel Smyth,
Lt. Col. Wallace Pede, Mrs. Mary Ann Alston, Ms. Shelley Hennessey,
Mr. Richard Reynolds, Mr. Randy Garren, Mr. Thomas Powers,
Dr. Michael Woods and Mrs. Patricia Gellerman.
 

Cleo’s older sister DC MaZshalna’s Asian Affair SC (Zaeda) who also 
became a dual champion this past year apparently showed her the way. 
Zaeda’s offspring are also very successful in the show ring with one boy
becoming a conformation champion and a few others only points away
from championships.

A huge thank you also goes to the breeders A. Andrews, Donna and
Vanessa Bates who believed we would love and raise such a wonderful
afghan.  We plan on breeding Cleo to Ch. MyWay of Life Tristar, JC (Dylan)
in the very near future.  He is owned by Gail Drages and breeders Dave &
MaryAnn Giordano and Kathy Pugh.  We are looking forward to having
some new champions take the field and ring within the next few years.
